Dear Consumer Court Team,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against an online seller for fraudulent practices. I recently placed an order with a company operating under the name Ramya Clothing through their website which i came across in Instagram advertisement/page.

Here is the detailed sequence of events:

1. I placed an order for Madana Suit Set after seeing their Instagram page (which is there but a different one).
2. Upon delivery, I received a completely different and inferior product, which is not what I ordered.
3. Immediately after receiving the parcel, I attempted to contact the seller on the mobile number provided. However, the number is invalid and unreachable.
4. I also emailed them but received no proper response or resolution.
5. When I went back to check the seller’s Instagram page, I found that the page no longer exists. Instead, I came across another page created by a customer who was also scammed by the same company.
6. Multiple people have reported that this company takes orders online and then ships unrelated or cheap products, with no customer support, no valid contact details, and no way to get a refund or replacement.
7. This clearly indicates a pattern of fraud, intentional misrepresentation, and violation of consumer rights.
