*4. Facts of the Case:*
a) That I purchased the above-mentioned GoBoult Smartwatch on 20 May 2026 for personal use.
b) That within 2 months of purchase, during the warranty period, the said smartwatch stopped working completely.
c) That I immediately raised a complaint with the company through their official support channel. The company generated Ticket No. *784380981558* and AWB No. *35950113561563* (Courier Partner: Delhivery). Screenshot attached.
d) That despite generating the ticket and AWB, there has been no effective resolution. The company has failed to repair, replace, or refund the defective product within a reasonable time.
e) That selling a product that becomes defective within 2 months and failing to provide after-sales service during warranty amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
*5. Relief Sought:*
I humbly pray to this Hon'ble Forum to direct the Opposite Party to:
i) Replace the defective smartwatch with a new one OR refund the full invoice amount of Rs. ;1499
