I booked a flight ticket from Gaggal Airport, Dharamshala to New Delhi Airport (Spicejet) via Goibibo. Flight PNR was NC3V8M and It costed me Rs. 5349 -
On the day of flight, SpiceJet cancelled the flight and Goibibo stated that they have initiated refund process -
However, it's been 4 months and they just keep postponing the refund date
It says expected 21 February 2026, they change it every week. They don't respond to my emails. I humbly request them to refund my hard-earned money. The email associated with the goibibo account is hritikabhinav@gmail.com
