Booking Details :- We have booked Kashmir package from holidays2cherrish (Www.Holidays2cherish.com) on 11th March 2025,
Full Package cost was 1,63,000 (Air fair ticket from AKASA Air 59,000 and holiday package 1,04,000).
Date of Scheduled Travel:- 13th March to 19th March 2025 (7 Days).

Reason for Cancellation:
Hand Fracture (Medical Condition Preventing Travel)
I was unable to travel due to a medical emergency. My booking details mentioned above.
Unfortunately, due to a hand fracture, I was medically advised to cancel my travel plans. As this situation was unforeseen and beyond my control, i have intimate to holidays2cherrish on 11th March 2025 about the fracture on my right hand ULNA bone and doctor had advise me for the operation of ULNA bone fracture and not to travel, accordingly i have instructed them to cancel the trip on 12th of March 2025. Medical reports/Documents were submitted to holidays2cherrish via WhatsApp (Name of employee of holidays2cherrish Richa Chawla (9873301348))

After several follow-up they have refunded us air ticket charges only Rs. 29,500 out of 59,000 by saying that remaining amount of Rs. 29,500 was forfeited by AKASA airlines as a cancellation charges, cancellation proof/communication with the air line is not given to us.

Attached to this letter are medical documents verifying my condition, along with copies of payment receipts and communication with holidays2cherrish.

I have attempted to contact executive of holidays2cherrish viz Richa Chawla and Chanpreet Chawla (9999859250) for the refund of money (holidays package 1,04,000 and air ticket remaining money 29,500) several times but we have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I request your urgent attention to this matter and expect a response.

This experience has not only caused financial loss but also severe mental harassment and disruption to our planned trip.
