I Have booked LIG289 from housing board dhanbad by their Lottery System after the lottery the above Flat was occupied by their own Staff for about 6months I was unable to see my lottery Gift but when I have seen it, it was in poorest condition I have Tried hard to repair this I have lost 3 lakh rupees towards its repairing because the Whole flat was Seepaged due to Drainage water of upper Flat owners There was no any drainage system was available No electrical wiring was in Working Condition Windows were tide with ropes, Flat was completely Seepaged due to Drain water No water pipe line was available for drinking or Sanitation purpose. I have all proofs with Photos and Videos.
Now I want to Surrender This flat with Whole new repairing for setting an example to the government agencies how a flat should be look like before Selling to any customer, pls do not make fools to the customer on the name of Lottery System It brakes the faith of customer in government agencies.
For the above reasons I demand my whole advance amount back without any deduction from Housing board dhanbad against this surrender of LIG289 flat.

We suggest you to first take the photos and make a video of your flat, then send a notice to the jharkhand state housing board and ask them to repair it.

Wait for their reply for 7 days.
And if they will not reply you, we suggest you to file a case in the consumer forum.

Sir How to File a Complaint in Consumer Forum easily
I have done all the things above But the same Reply Ever screenshot sended you the Whole advance Money will not be refunded by will cut their 25% share against the Surrender of their Flat LIG289
Pls suggest how to file Complaint easily in Consumer Forum Dhanbad Pls .
 
The process is very simple, you need to create an account in Consumer Commission E-Filing Application

After the verification, you need to upload 4 main files and supporting files.

1) Affidavit
2) Memo of Parties
3) Index
4) Events

And supporting documents like Addhar Card, Bills, Photo etc... (Depending upon the Event file)

The forum will review your case and files and update you accordingly.

In Consumer Forum, your documentation part should be strong.
