I would like to bring to your notice that I received an LPG gas cylinder from your agency on 19.01.2026 with consumer number 7539344602 and booking number 2-005380003380.
After checking the cylinder, I found that it appears to be underweight. The expected net weight of a domestic LPG cylinder is 14.2 kg (excluding tare weight), but the delivered cylinder seems less than the prescribed weight.
I have measured the total of the cylinder is approx. 25 kg instead of 29.9kg gross WT.29.9kg
I have raised a no. Of complaints via call through WhatsApp but till date I have not get replacement of the cylinder.
In November 2025 i have raised the complaint regarding under weight cylinder I have annexed the WhatsApp chats.
Since 2018 field officer who taken the cylinder never came with the weight of the cylinder, never came with weight machine, we told the officer that on next time come with the weight machine but he denied to come with the weight machine and threatened to us that I will not come up with the machine, (AGAR ESE LENA HAIN TO LO VERNA AGENCY BADAL WALO, OR JAYDA COMPLAINT KAROGE TO CYLINDER LANA BAND KRDUGA) , after harrasment by the fields officer we bought our weight machine for measuring the gas cylinder, thereafter again they took cylinder under weight.
Kindly take a legal action against the field officer, against the agency.
