Even I got scammed by Vistaravo international Corporate services pvt ltd. They invited us to attend a seminar in Nashik and offered a holiday package, ended up paying 80000 through my Axis Bank Credit Card. The person (named Atheshyam) who sold this package are not picking up my phone and are absconding. I raised a dispute with Axis Bank & it has been denied & now I am helpless. Need help please assist
They have office in nashik that is always closed phone calls also not working. That number is :

If the police refuse to register an FIR, contact a Criminal Lawyer near you and ask them to file an application under Section 156(3) of the CrPC in the Magistrate’s court to direct the police to investigate and register an FIR against them.
