Jeeva Shanmugam*, residing in *Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu*, wish to file a complaint against *Vodafone Idea (Vi)* regarding improper service and denial of benefits after a mobile recharge.

🧾 Complaint Details:

- *Mobile Number*: 8870361812
- *Recharge Amount*: ₹249
- *Recharge Date*: 09/04/2025
- *Issue*: I recharged my number with ₹249 on 9th April 2025. However, I did not receive the correct plan benefits as promised. I contacted Vi customer care, and they registered a complaint. Later, I received a callback where I was informed that they were unable to provide the missing benefits to my plan.
- This issue remains unresolved even after my repeated follow-ups.

This is a clear case of *deficiency in service*, causing me financial loss and mental stress.

🙏 Relief Requested:
1. Refund of ₹249
2. Compensation of ₹1,000 for mental stress and inconvenience
3. Strict action against Vodafone Idea for poor service
