Respected Sir/Madam,
I, the complainant, hereby submit this complaint against MakeMyTrip India Pvt. Ltd. for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
Facts of the Case: 1. I booked a flight ticket through MakeMyTrip on 06 Apr 2026 with the following details: -
Booking ID: NN7AJRS842666499118 -
Travel Date: 06 Apr 2026 -
Passenger Name: HARBANS KUMAR
2. Due topersonal reason , the ticket was cancelled on 26 February 2026.
3. As per the refund policy, I was eligible for a refund of ₹12378.63.
4. However, despite repeated follow-ups via customer care/emails, the refund has not been credited to my account till date.
5. I have contacted MakeMyTrip multiple times, but no satisfactory response or resolution has been provided.
Please let me know if any further information is required from my side. Looking forward to your prompt response.
