I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the intentional misrepresentation and unethical sales practice I experienced during my recent purchase from your dealership.
On 28th July 2025, I purchased a Hero Xtreme 125R IBS model. Your salesperson explicitly assured me that this model includes connectivity features, which was a key factor in my purchase decision. However, upon discovering the feature was non-functional and raising the issue the very next day, I was first falsely reassured that it would start working soon. Later, I was told the connectivity feature is not available in the IBS variant at all.
This is not just a mistake — it is a clear case of misinformation and false selling, which directly violates consumer rights and erodes customer trust. It appears the sale was closed under false promises, and I now find myself stuck with a product that does not match the features I was promised.
