Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this email to formally lodge a complaint against the staff of your Honda showroom/service center regarding their misbehavior and weak follow-up concerning the engine sound issue of my Honda Unicorn motorcycle.

I had visited your showroom/service center to report an abnormal engine sound in my bike. Unfortunately, the behavior of the concerned employee was not professional and was very disappointing. Instead of properly listening to my concern and guiding me, the staff member responded rudely and showed a careless attitude.

Moreover, despite assuring me that the issue would be checked and followed up, no proper response or update has been provided till date. I have made multiple follow-ups, but there has been no effective action taken to resolve the engine sound problem. This level of service is unacceptable and does not meet Honda’s standards of customer care.

I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously, take appropriate action against the concerned staff, and ensure a proper technical inspection and resolution of the engine sound issue in my bike at the earliest.
