Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to report a disturbing experience I had with Shine.com <learning@shine.com>
I received a call from pgshinecp@shine.com claiming that they would publish my profile in the global market with job surety. They asked me to pay Rs. 4660.00/- for the service, which I duly paid.

However, post payment, they are now asking me to pay an additional amount of Rs. 6000+ for further process, which was not discussed or agreed upon initially. I find this highly suspicious and believe I may be a victim of fraud.

I request your assistance in helping me get a refund of the amount I paid. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and guide me on the next steps to recover my money.
