I'm Arya uthaman. From India, Kerala. Now I'm in Bahrain . Before I was working in UAE. I'm writing to express my concerns and disappointment regarding Johnson and Johnson product cool & cool cleanser. I purchased this product from Carrefour in Fujairah uae. As part of promotional offer that included a free face scrub.
Unfortunately, after using the cleanser, I experienced adverse effects. Including darkening of my skin around my mouth area and also my both side's neck. I was under treatment now. I was did chemical peeling from India also face cream and medicine. Despite undergoing treatment. I have not fully recovered.and I'm still experiencing issues.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the product performance and it's impact on my skin. I'm considering taking further actions through the consumer court, I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently.
I lost almost 50000 to my treatment. Still I'm not recovered.
