The Complainant is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
On 06 January 2026, the Complainant placed an online order for Adidas Samba shoes through the Opposite Party’s website FindMyKicks.
The Complainant made a full payment of the order amount via Google Pay (GPay) on the same date. The payment was successfully completed.
Despite successful payment, the Opposite Party failed to deliver the product to the Complainant till date.
The Complainant made multiple attempts to contact the Opposite Party through available communication channels, but no satisfactory response, delivery, or refund was provided.
The Opposite Party has neither delivered the product nor refunded the amount, which amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Due to the negligence and inaction of the Opposite Party, the Complainant has suffered financial loss, mental agony, and harassment.
The Complainant respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Commission may be pleased to:
Direct the Opposite Party to refund the full amount paid by the Complainant along with interest.
Direct the Opposite Party to pay compensation for mental agony and harassment.
Direct the Opposite Party to pay litigation costs.
