Facts of the Case:​

1. On [24 jul 2025], I placed an order with the Opposite Party for two pickles and one Kunafa chocolate.
2. The order was delivered on [31 july 2025], but only the pickles were delivered. The Kunafa chocolate was not included.
3. I have made several attempts to contact the Opposite Party through phone calls and messages to address this issue, but there has been no proper response, and my calls have not been answered.
4. This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Relief Sought:​

• Direct the Opposite Party to deliver the missing Kunafa chocolate immediately or refund the cost of the same.
• Award appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, and loss of time caused due to the negligence of the Opposite Party.
• Direct the Opposite Party to bear the cost of these proceedings.
