Complaint Regarding redBus Intercity Bus Journey from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 21st July. Not got any resolution on my cab fare paid.

I was extremely disappointed with my journey from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 21st July. The Intercity bus did not have the required documents to present to the RTO, due to which the bus was stopped for almost two hours on the outskirts of Bangalore. When passengers, including myself, enquired with the driver and staff, they responded rudely and even asked some passengers to get down from the bus.

Several parents requested support as their children had examinations to attend, but instead of showing concern, the staff used unparliamentary language and told us that unless passengers paid the amount demanded by the RTO, the bus would not be allowed to proceed. Ultimately, many passengers were forced to book cabs to reach their destinations on time.

When I raised the issue with the RedBus team, I was informed that the Intercity team had already addressed the matter and hence my complaint was being closed. This response was highly unsatisfactory, given the seriousness of the incident.
