On March 5, I placed an order from Fathis Designer Studio in Alappuzha for Rs. 2415. The dispatch was promised within 7 yo 14 days. When I followed up, they said it would be dispatched after 10 days. Even after 15 days, they repeated the same response. Now it's been 2 months, and I still haven't received the order. When I requested to cancel the order and asked for a refund, they said it's not possible. Every time I call the contact number, they say the concerned person is not available. They have also turned off the comment box on their Instagram page. They keep saying that it will be dispatched within 10 days, and in total, it’s been 2 months now.
