I purchased a phone from Flipkart along with a Complete Mobile Protection Plan. When my phone got damaged, I tried to file a complaint while my insurance was still valid for another two months. Since January 30,2025 I have been trying to register my claim, but due to their server issues, my claim has not been processed.
I have been waiting for almost a month, but they have not taken any action. Every time I call, they keep postponing it by saying, "Wait for two more days." They have already delayed it for a month, and I feel like they will keep doing this until my insurance expires.
Please help me get my claim processed.
