Mr Kamal Sharma urf Hemendra S/o Mr Kanhaiya Lal Sharma R/o Satya Narayan Marg, Sindhi Colony, Pali Rajasthan had executed an agreement for construction of housing building over my owned plot at Shekhawat Nagar Pali and for that he has received advance amount of Rs 30.00 Lakhs in his account but, he has now stopped the work and is not even responding to my calls, and not even returning the advance amount paid to him.
 
We understand that the Mr Kamal Sharma has not responded to calls, despite you have done the agreement with him.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Mr Kamal Sharma, formally requesting to start the work. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.
