My passport was dispatched on 18 December 2025 through India Post, but I never received it. After waiting for several days, I visited the local post office multiple times. The postman and concerned officials gave unclear and contradictory statements. At one point, I was told that a postman had taken it, and later the status was declared as “lost.” Despite filing complaints with India Post and higher authorities, no proper investigation has been conducted. This negligence has caused mental stress, financial loss, and serious security concerns.
