I Met Him And We Talked About The College And The Condition Of Admission And I Agreed. The Condition Was That I Had To Submit Documents And ₹15,000, The Money Would Be For Security Money And He Told Me That If I Left College After Admission They Would Not Return That Money If I did Not Leave Then They Would Return That Money, I Agreed. Sir, I Took Admission And He Gave Me A Slip Of ₹5,000 And A College Bonafide Certificate/Letter And Told Me That You Will Get A Receipt Of ₹10,000 From Your College. Sir, It's The Last Semester Of My MBA program And My College Fees Are Also Clear. It Has Been 1.5 Years And He Did Not Return The Remaining Money, When I Asked College For the Money They Asked For A Receipt, And They Also Said That The Counselor Deposited Only ₹5000 To The College this ₹5000 College Will Send To Me This Week And They Said To Talk To Them Whome You Gave Money (₹10,000) Cause They Had Not Deposited Money To The College. Sir, He (The Counselor) Does Not Pick Up My Calls Now, And Sir I Just Joined My First Job So I Can't Go To Bihar In The Coming Days To Talk To Him, Or File A Police Complaint Against Him so please help me sir.
