I bought a deep freezer from Daikin and it went bad in 2 days. My goods worth 1.25lakhs went bad
I got it exchange and given it a month later
All my seasonal items have also gone bad and the season is over so I can't bring back new ones
Despite my repeated complaints they did not listen to me so I had to approach the consumer court
I feel I will get justice only from the consumer court

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Daikin India (customerservice@daikinindia.com) clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to replace the Deep Freezer.

Attach bill copy and any other service related document.

Please wait for a reasonable time for their response. If they do not respond or fail to resolve the matter satisfactorily, feel free to reach out to us again. When you do, kindly include a copy of your email to them and any response (if received), so we can guide you on the next steps.

Please note: Don't forget to collect the job sheet, when the service engineer visit you place.
