hired KPM Logistic Packers and Movers on April 1, 2025, to transport my household furniture and goods from Bangalore, Karnataka, to Aurangabad, Maharashtra. At the time of booking, the company assured me that the goods were fully insured and in case of any damage, I would receive 88% of the total value as compensation under their insurance coverage. I paid Rs.27,000 for the transportation cost along with insurance for the furniture.

However, upon receiving my belongings in Aurangabad, I was shocked to find that several items had been badly damaged and broken, including:
My study table
A wooden chair
A tea table
The total estimated value of the damaged goods is ₹68,000. I have supporting photographs and video evidence of the damages. Despite contacting the company repeatedly since April, I have not received any compensation.

Worse, the company's customer care number is always switched off or unreachable, and no representative has contacted me regarding my reimbursement. One of the persons associated with the company, when I warned them about filing an official complaint, arrogantly responded with, “Go do whatever you want, the police won’t do anything.” This shows a clear intention to cheat and avoid accountability.

Their failure to respond, lack of transparency, and refusal to honour the insurance coverage have caused me immense mental stress and financial loss.
