I am writing to express my concern regarding a manicure service I received at your salon on 25 August 2025 at bodycraft salon Dehradun. Unfortunately, following the appointment, the skin around my nails became red, irritated, and damaged (please see attached photos).

This has caused me discomfort and inconvenience, and I believe it resulted from the service I received. I trusted your salon for safe and professional care, but this experience has left me quite disappointed..I have contacted them multiple times but they didn't provide me any kind of resolution.
In light of this, I kindly request a refund for the service and/or appropriate compensation for the damage caused. I would also appreciate knowing what steps you will take to prevent such incidents from happening again to other clients.

I look forward to your prompt response. I hope we can resolve this matter quickly and professionally.

Sincerely,
Vartika Chauhan
