My name is Ramlal, I am a resident of Gautam Nagar Murar Gwalior Madhya Pradesh. An incident has happened with me (it is still happening). The incident is as follows, some time ago I opened my zero balance account at a Bank of Baroda kiosk for 2 or 3 months. After that I deposited ₹500. Then after a few days I deposited ₹4500 in it. Then after some time when I went to withdraw money, I came to know that about ₹700 or ₹800 were deducted from my account. When I asked the kiosk operator why they deducted my money, he replied that he did not know. Then I said, check your system and tell me for what the money was deducted. Then he said, I do not know for what the money was deducted. I could not find out. Then I said, it must be visible in the history also for what the money was deducted. Then he did not give me any answer and gave me a number which was the number of the owner Yash Baghel. Then I called him and asked him, Bhaiya, my ₹700 was deducted. ₹800 has been deducted and they are not giving me any information about it. Then they also said the same thing that they do not know for what reason the money has been deducted and when I asked them more, they used foul language and misbehaved with me and then disconnected the call and I have this call record. Sir, this incident happened after about 10 to 15 days, today I went again and then I got the information that again ₹600 to ₹700 has been deducted from my account. When I asked them, they replied to me like last time that they do not know sir, total 1400 or 1500 has been deducted from my account and the remaining money is in my account which I want to withdraw but the kiosk people are not withdrawing my money and they say that it will be withdrawn from the big branch. When I went to the big branch to withdraw the money, then I was told there that your money will be withdrawn only from the kiosk where you had opened the account. Both of them are making me run around but my money is not being withdrawn. And I am asking for the statement of my account but these people are not even giving me the statement. Please help me and action should be taken against these people so that they think before doing this with any other customer.
