I have ordered Sony Alpha ILCE-7SM3 from Amazon. My order number is 402-2968887-5882769.
Firstly I have received broken product and some parts were missing then I have raised complaint ,first they denied to replacement and asked me to wait , next day i did another call to customer care then they asked me to return that product and order another same product and they also sent me mail for assurances just because there is price difference on the website they assured me that they will provide me 46,709 rs. In my Amazon pay balance and they sent me mail as well but now they refused to pay money.
So now I paid 26,000 extra amount for the same product which I have received broken because of company’s mistake.
As a consumer I have waste lot of time with them and also paid extra amount to company because of their unprofessional customer service and they talked very rudely and didn’t resolve my issue.
I want to raise complaint against Amazon India.
I request, please take action against this so that they can’t make fool to customer.
