We have asked for delivery of our protectors, 4 pillows and replacement of Recliner bed(which the sleep company have delivered wrong size frame) from almost 2 weeks they are sending messages that your order is shipped but didn't recive anything. Daily we are calling their customer care but no use. Still we are sleeping on floor and people from customer service call us and say your chair is shipped they even don't know what i have purchased . Pathetic after sales support.
Iam regretting buying from the sleep company.

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to care@thesleepcompany.in outlining your issue, including order details and any previous correspondence and request to deliver the product else you will file a case in the Consumer Forum.

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This step not only gives the The Sleep Company a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
