I had travelled with Indigo air from Mangaluru to Doha with one ticket with Indigo air, the check-in baggage slip was delivery of check-in baggage at Doha but the flight had transit in Bengaluru airport. At Doha we did not receive the check-in baggage. How to ask compensation. We are still waiting to know the status from air line with regard to check in baggage status.
 
  • Write to custrelations@goindigo.in with PIR copy, baggage tag, ticket details, receipts of perishable goods, and estimated loss amount.
  • Call +91-124-6173838 / +91-124-4973838 (IndiGo customer care for international flights).
  • If Indigo delays or denies, escalate to DGCA AirSewa portal (airsewa.gov.in) and Civil Aviation Authority Qatar(since arrival was Doha).

The first step, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care of Indigo customercare@asego.in, claims@asego.in, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting the Bag you submit at the check-in counter.
