Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Sushil Akkalkote, and I placed an order for a Neo QLED 55-inch 4kSmart TV on SAMSUNG official website i.e samsung.com india on October 12, 2025. At the time of booking, I opted for a 0% interest EMI plan for 12 months using my SBI Credit Card and selected the exchange product option. The scheduled pickup date for the old exchange product was October 21, 2025. However, it is now November 7, 2025, and the old product remains with me, with no update or communication from your end.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out through WhatsApp & mail, I have been met with generic responses from your executives, offering apologies and assurances without resolving the issue. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.

Furthermore, despite opting for the 0% interest EMI plan, my bank has sent me a bill for the full amount of Rs. 64,977 & the billing cycle date is 12th of every month. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that they have not received any request from samsung end to convert the transaction into an EMI plan.

I request that you look into this matter urgently.

whenever I tried to contact them I've been receiving similar responses from last 10-15 days such as We sincerely regret the trouble caused to you, your case has been highlighted on priority basis, we will try our best to not disappoint you anymore for this. Mr. Akkalkote, please have faith on me and I assure you that you will get the revert from team's end. Also, I will share this feedback to the team personally that how disappoint you are with the services. etc etc
