An item was shipped to my address vide AWB: 1109413187984.
Repeatedly Delhivery courier has been sending intimations that attempt for delivery has failed.
However not even once attempt for delivery has been initiated.
Mails / communication to their official website has also gone in vain in delivering the package.
Neither it is being returned for refund.
Pl. help.

Draft a detailed complaint outlining the shipment details, the value of the goods, and the losses incurred due to the non-delivery. Send this complaint to Delhivery's customer support at whistle_blower@delhivery.com, chairpersonac@delhivery.com. Ensure you retain copies of all communications for your records.
