We had booked a Villa - Della view villa in Lonavala. There was nobody to attend us. The owner and host both were not responding to any of our calls. We had wasted 2 hours finding the location of the villa. On reaching the location, we tried calling the owner but no response from his end. Also, images shared on the website do not match the actual property. The swimming pool was dirty and filled with algae and larva of fish, and the rooms were also dirty. The air conditioner was not working, and the flush was not working in one of the rooms. The utensils were not clean, there were alcohol and beer bottles, and no cleanliness was maintained. Also, images of the neighboring swimming pool were shown in the image of the property. Also the owner had informed us via his maid that he had already unlisted the property from MakeMyTrip, but MakeMyTrip still took the booking. We had requested for a refund from Make My Trip but they denied saying owner has not refunded the amount. We called multiple times to Make My Trip but they are avoiding me and not refunding the amount.
