I ordered an earbuds from Amazon App and i recieved used product. so i complaint about it in customer court. On my request they done my order as an excange order. after that the delivery boy even didn't contacted me and mark that order as delivered. I didn't get any satisfactory solution from amazon. And the rule for exchange order is that old item will be pickud up then you will got new order. but my order didn't picked up till 22/08/2025. I want a strict action on amazon and their delivery services on behalf of my complaint. My order id is 403-4382304-5821914
