I purchased an electric vehicle from the EEVE showroom in Aul, Kendrapara, in February 2022. After two years, the batteries became damaged. Since the EEVE showroom had shut down, I had to replace the batteries at the authorized dealer in Chandabali. The replacement was carried out by Shri Ruturaj (Raj EEVE) of Jajpur Road in July 2024, at a cost of ₹17,500. This replacement came with a one-year warranty.

However, in October 2024, the batteries again became faulty. When I approached Shri Ruturaj for a replacement under warranty, he refused, claiming the issue was caused by a faulty charger. To verify this, I had the charger tested at two separate authorized service centers in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. Both confirmed that the charger was working perfectly.

Despite this clear evidence, Shri Ruturaj continues to deny the warranty claim and is now demanding an additional ₹20,000 for a new set of batteries. Under these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I have already paid, as the dealer is not honoring the warranty or offering any satisfactory resolution.
