Hi Sir,
I ordered Aquaguard Marvel UV+VF on August 09th through eureka forbes mobile app and got it delivered/installed on August 12th.
The return eligible date mentioned in the eureka forbes app was August 19th, but the app didn't allow me to return which is a big misinformation available in the app. Customer care told me I can only replace them.
Due to the bad water output quality I raised a complaint on August 14th to replace the machine with the RO variant of Marvel.
Immediately on the next day a salesperson Sai Sravan(6366668335) came home and promised to replace Marvel with Aquaguard Nova RO. I paid a 50% amount of Rs.10500 and Aquaguard Nova was delivered on August 18th. Now Sai Sravan is saying Marvel cannot be replaced. So I am requesting him to take this Aquaguard Nova machine and give me back Rs. 10500.
I have called Sai Sravan(6366668335) and his manager Manjunath(9902127625) more than 100 times and messaged them daily to take this back and refund the Rs.10500. But they are not doing it. They are not initiating the return process and cheating me. It's an outright fraud and daylight robbery.
I am helpless here and struggling for more than 120 days. None of their channels work, customer care, twitter, direct sales team messaging or calling. I am not sure if they are even a corporate listed entity. Pathetic customer support.
I have messages, screenshots, whatsapp chats etc.
Hope my issue is resolved soon.
