Eureka Forbes water purifier ( costomer number -ID-6003236600) became unserviceable on 1st ,I logged complain on 2nd morning ,mechanic came to inspect on 3rd .Mechanic told he will come back with some part but no one reported till today .I am keeping on calling customer care & writing e- mail but only one response" sorry for inconvenience , we will prioritise" .I am a AMC customer but still suffering since last 8days.
How can they be so careless being a Vendore for water purifier,pure water being so essential for keeping good health ,they left us unattended to during unfiltered water,puting self & family health in risk.To protect us I am purchasing drinking & cooking water regularly but don't know how far this will continue.
No proper follow up from customer care side , they are responding only to my call or e-mail.
I waited for several days expecting a adequate support but right day is high time .
I would request a support from consumer court.
