I purchased an Eureka Forbes robotic vacuum cleaner worth ₹24,999 on 30-11-2025.
Within 15 days of purchase, the product developed abnormal and excessive noise,
making it unusable for regular household use.

I registered a service complaint, and a service technician visited my residence
on 20-12-2025. After inspection, the technician clearly confirmed that the issue
could not be repaired and that the unit requires replacement. Based on this,
the complaint was taken for replacement.

However, despite repeated follow-ups with customer care and service centres,
no replacement or refund has been provided till date. The company has been
delaying the resolution by giving false assurances.

This unreasonable delay has caused financial loss and severe mental harassment
to me and my family, especially since the product is under warranty and is an
electronic good.

I request immediate replacement of the product or a full refund of ₹24,999,
along with compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience caused due to
deficiency in service.

All supporting documents including invoice, complaint reference, and service
visit details are attached.
