Hi,
The actions starts form 21/10/2025, I bought AMC via Eureka Forbes online. Till 20-11-2025 unit is not working.
Unit Details: Water Purifier, Dr. Aqua Magna HD RO+UV NXT (EA), Asset Name:35697241.
Whole details of the actions are captured in the attached excel sheet.
I followed up to customer care -where they will keep us waiting for 20-40 minutes, even sometimes 1 hour as well saying they are escalating, pls HOLD call etc.
I followed up with customer care mail, Grievance cell mail, Compliance mail as well.
Finally raising to consumer Forum.

I faced earlier also issue with Eureka Forbes due to the data breach in Eureka Forbes, duplicate filter was fitted 4 years back. Our AMC requirement and our contact details are leaked from Eureka Forbes and people contacted us directly took money and fitted duplicate filters. I was not aware of the consumer forum that time.
