Subject: Complaint Regarding Denial of Product Exchange by Store
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against “SK One by Charmas” located at “Sarath City Capital” mall in kondapur of Hyderabad. for refusing to exchange product (Shoe) I purchased on 06/30/2025
I bought a Shoe Branded “Step pro” for ₹999 from the above-mentioned store. Upon using the product, I noticed that it was not suitable for running & walking. While purchasing the product the Sales person advised us best walking shoes
But, After 1 time use, I realised That The product is not suitable for running & even size was not fit while walking due to the poor ergonamic. I approached the store 07/07/2025 to request an exchange, but the staff refused with out respect & shouted on us that the product is used despite the product being under 15 day eligible for exchange.
I believe this violates my consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, and I am seeking your assistance to resolve this issue.

I kindly request the Consumer Forum to take necessary action to ensure that I receive a proper resolution, such as an exchange or refund.
