1. The account from which the fraud occurred belongs to AU Small Finance Bank. The annual transaction limit for this account is only ₹5 lakhs.
2. Then how did a transaction of ₹36 lakhs happen through this account?
3. While the fraud was ongoing, the account was kept active, but as soon as the payments stopped, the account was frozen. Should this be understood as the bank itself facilitating the fraud?
4. For 3 days, the amount kept getting transferred, but the bank did not make any verification calls.
5. The fraud took place from 17/05/2024 to 24/05/2024, until the customer notified the bank, but the bank clearly refused to help.
6. The customer made multiple complaints, but they were repeatedly denied or ignored.
7. The banks to which the money was transferred advised that the bank from which the money was sent (AU Small Finance Bank) should file the fraud complaint. They also indicated that there is a possibility of recovering the money.
8. Even after notifying AU Small Finance Bank, they kept closing the fraud case without proper action.
9. Whenever we complain to the RBI, the bank closes the case citing incorrect or misleading reasons.
10. AU Small Finance Bank distances itself by claiming that all payments were made by the customer.
11. If the annual transaction limit from the account is only ₹5 lakhs, then how was a transaction of ₹36 lakhs even possible?

All facts from points 1 to 11 have been provided by us. We have been suffering for more than a year and are receiving no assistance.
