I am Neethu T Vijayan, residing in Kanakkary, Kottayam. I have ordered 7 compartment Plastic multipurpose Humble kart from Ananya Manufacturers, which is sold by MAGANBHAI MADANBHAI GAJERA, SURAT (GST 24BYOPG1546C1ZQ), India on 18/01/2026 with a price of Rs. 701.00/- and I received it on 23/01/26. But i received a damaged and low quality product. I returned it on the same day i received because i received a low quality damaged product. eKart has started messaging me the pick up scheduled on the same day and after a few hours they send another message like pickup cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. they continued the same message until the last day for return. on the last day i got a call from the pich up agent asking the home location and all. But they didnt come to my home to collect the product. I lost my last chance to return the same product. I tried chatting with them calling them but I didnt get any descent reply. I need my refund and compensation amount at athe earliest. I am attaching herewith the bill and message screenshort from eKart srvices. Kindly do the needful.
