Sub. :- Request to Issue order to adidas Store, Alpha one Amritsar to Provide UK 10 size Black Shoe or Refund Rs 11999. as store has expressed Unavailability & the unused shoe is with Store alongwith original Bill & Tag, Under 14 days Exchange/ Refund Policy.
Hon'ble Sir/Mam,
With due respect, I Palwinder Singh Riar wish to submit that I have purchased one pair shoe, Article No JS4078-8-ACESMASH MID MER BLACK Worth Rs 11999.0 from
ADIDAS WEST WIND RETAIL, ADIDAS EXCLUSIVE, FF-37 Alpha One, GT Road Amritsar, Email : alphaone.adidas@westwind.in
Vide their Doc No 260950710SC0431, Invoice date: 10-08-2025.
That the only UK 9 size, this high ankle shoe was available at said store and I reported it Tight, Then Staff pretended that It will loosen/ adjust with feet ,shoe being made up of leather.otherwise you can deposit shoe and we shall arrange UK 10 size. But I realised that this shoe's adjustment with foot is not possible, then Manager have taken back Unused Shoe on 15-08-2025 alongwith original Bill & tag and I was assured to arrange UK 10 size from company.
Then on 16-08-2025, I received telephonic call from Sale Staff from Mob No 98551 31071 that Size UK 10 is not available with the company and You have to purchase other items worth Rs.11999/.
Now I am requesting again & again to the Store Staff to provide me UK 10 size as per invoice, or return me full amount as I am unable to afford the purchase of other items worth Rs 11999/ which is a huge amount for me.
Therefore I request your kind honour to order Adidas to either provide UK 10 size same black article or Refund my full amount Rs 11999.0 under 14 days Exchange/Refund offer/policy as the Store has failed to provide the service as per Commitment and I am not able to afford this huge amount again.
