Respected sir/mam,

I have ordered water purifier from havells company on 16.10.2025. The product become malfunctioning on 27.11.2025 so I have raised complaints from my side. Till now my problem has not been resolved by the company. There is no proper response from the company side. I have called them several times, they are just procrastinating my issue. I have undergone severe frustration due to this issue. They are not ready to take their product. I need my money back. I have attached my billing details and proof of registration of the complaint. I request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the company via email or customer care and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

Step: 1
We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to customercare@havells.com , grievance.officer@havells.com outlining your issue, including order details and any previous correspondence and request to Refund/Replacement of water purifier within 7 days.

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This step not only gives the Havells a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
