Ltd. for a franchise opportunity under a signed LOI/Term Sheet. Later, the company unilaterally shifted the proposal to a partnership model, failed to provide any franchise setup/service, and refused refund. Now they are retaining my money under a so-called “non-refundable” clause and raising hidden/post-facto charges (like “support costs” and “business losses”) which were never disclosed or agreed. This conduct amounts to: Unfair Trade Practice under Consumer Protection Act, 2019 Unjust Enrichment under Indian Contract Act, Sec. 74 Wrongful GST Collection without taxable supply Cheating & Misrepresentation by their representatives (Sachin Kumar alias Sachin Sharma, Mob: 96540 55835; Jyoti, Mob: 62910 85041) Relief Sought: Demand full Refund of ₹1,18,000/- (GST inclusive) Compensation of ₹2,00,000/- for mental harassment & loss of livelihood opportunity Strict action against the company for unfair and unlawful practices. They stopped providing any kind of support and completely ignored my messages and calls. Instead of helping the business grow, they left me struggling alone.
