I want to understand the process on filing the case against my property dealer who is not answering my calls despite visiting office and giving date for refund. I cancelled the flat due to financial issues and asked them to return the amount after standard deductions. I need refund as it is impacting my financial status. I had to relocate to another state due to which I had to cancel my flat.
