Dear Consumer Support Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention the continued negligence and lack of support I am facing regarding my defective Motorola replacement product purchased through Flipkart.
I received the replacement on 07/10/2025, but the product was defective and Bluetooth was not connecting. I immediately raised a return request on the same day, and a technician visit was scheduled for 08/10/2025. However, no technician visited, and the request was rejected without inspection.
I contacted Flipkart Support again and raised another complaint on 13/10/2025. A technician visit was scheduled for 14/10/2025, but again no one attended, and the visit was rescheduled multiple times without any proper communication. Finally, when the technician visited on 15/10/2025, he confirmed that the product was defective — yet no refund or replacement has been provided till date.
It has now been almost one month, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution. The service partner Jeeves is repeatedly updating false statuses and closing tickets without resolving the issue.
I request your immediate intervention to:
1. Process my refund or replacement without any further delay.
2. Take strict action against the service partner for their unprofessional conduct.
3. Provide a clear and written update regarding my complaint status.
Please treat this as urgent, as the delay and lack of communication have caused significant inconvenience.
