Recently I have purchased a mobile from Flipkart on Wednesday day Oct 8 th with debit card emi after some time Flipkart as cancelled my order refunded as per policy. again I done with same method on Oct 10 th same issue happend as per timeline given by Flipkart the amount need to settle and loan should close but it's been 7 days no response from bank and Flipkart
 
My order id OD438197623810344100 was rejected but I didn't received my refund till today.
Please give my refund as soon as possible. I can't wait any longer

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an incorrect product delivered to me. I had ordered a set of spoons, but instead, I received a set of forks.



I tried to initiate a return through the Flipkart app, but the return option is not working and I am unable to place the return request. I also contacted Flipkart Customer Support, but I was informed that the return can only be initiated through the FlipkartIMG_2022.pngIMG_2021.pngIMG_2023.png app, which is currently not working for me.



This is extremely inconvenient, as I have received the wrong product and am unable to return it due to a technical issue with the app. I request you to please arrange the return and process the refund/replacement at the earliest.



I have attached all the supporting documents, including the order details and relevant product images, for your reference.



Please look into this matter on priority and provide a resolution at the earliest.

Dear Flipkart Customer Support,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the refund for my order OD438193215456528100 for PUMA Smashic Sneakers for Men.

I originally ordered size 9 on July 28. Since the size was not fitting properly, I opted for an exchange to size 10. Unfortunately, even the exchanged pair did not fit, so I raised a return request.

The return was successfully picked up on August 2 (Sunday) evening. However, I have still not received my refund. It appears that the delivery/return executive may not have updated the pickup status properly in the system, as the order is now showing “Return Cancelled – Aug 06”, which is completely incorrect.

I have already contacted Flipkart Customer Care multiple times and raised complaints, but I have not received any proper resolution or clear status update. This has become extremely frustrating, especially since the product has already been physically picked up from me.

I have been a regular Flipkart customer and, as you can see from my order history, I have not faced any such issue with Flipkart so far. I therefore request you to please investigate this urgently, verify the return pickup records, and process my refund immediately.

Please do not close this complaint without resolving the refund issue. I expect a clear update on the status of my refund and the expected refund date.

Order No.OD438277200456922100 and I initiated for refund and your Pickup executive pick up both packs. When I received order both pieces in one box also I gave your executive both Pieces in same package 📦.Both order no. Was same Then why you not updated already returned. Also how can I contact Flipkart not any contact number available in App. Flipkart customer support policy disgusting.still didn't get my refund. It's not about 200/- Rs. But so many customers are suffering with same issues. Kindly take some serious actions against their policy

I have got the refund of Rs 740 after returning the product.But the amount is credited in gift card.I tried to order something but could not redeem the money.They are asking for voucher no and pin which I don't have.Could you pls send me the voucher no and pin for order no-OD338440103778824100.
