On April 19, 2025, at 4:45 PM, I contacted Flipkart (04035007777) to request a return for the Voltas 60 L air cooler, delivered at 1:32 PM that day. My return request was denied because the cooler's size was unsuitable for our room. I also filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline via WhatsApp on the same day.
