I, Monson Easow, currently residing in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, wish to lodge a formal complaint against Autofinity Ventures Private Limited (AVPL) for breach of consumer trust, non-fulfillment of a prepaid order, and failure to respond to repeated communication attempts.

Nature of Complaint:

On 03 October 2025, I placed an order for a vehicle bumper with AVPL via their online platform. The merchant confirmed the order and assured delivery within 7 working days. Despite the lapse of over two weeks, the product has not been delivered, nor has any refund been initiated.


I have made repeated attempts to contact the merchant via:



All efforts have been ignored or unanswered, indicating deliberate negligence and lack of accountability.


Relief Sought:


I hereby request the Hon’ble Commission to:


  1. Direct AVPL to refund the full amount of ₹3,450 INR immediately.
  2. Award compensation for mental distress, inconvenience, and breach of trust.
  3. Impose penalty for non-compliance and failure to respond to consumer grievances.
  4. Ensure corrective action to prevent recurrence of such practices.
