I had booked the flight ticket for Air India under booking ID : NN7AJTV782275691813 through online travel agency Make My Trip. Com with travelling date 05th March 2026 for 4 travelers Rs.102,681.00 (Including Airport Seva service)
However Air India cancelled the flight due to current issues in Middle East and confirmed to eligible of full refund amount to be received to the receiver.
I received only Rs.15,642.00 was sanctioned by Air India Airline which is totally not acceptable since the flight was cancelled by Air lines only.
It is requested to process my full refund amount ASAP in my account.
