I had ordered an iphone17 pro max on 27 may from apple india official website and opted for a trade in. They valued my old iphone 13 pro at 25500. I paid the remaining amount online. But on 29th may when the bluedart delivery person came, he told me that IMEI number is mismatched and apple has provided them a different imei number. So he rejected the delivery. I called apple customer care multiple times but they did not helped me and said that they dont know why this is happening. I was very very disappointed. How this is my fault? I am a simple consumer and apple should have send the correct IMEI number which my phone was displaying.
I firstly want there apology and a reasonable compensation.
